Chia Seed Berry Smoothie



               2 tsp chia seeds 
             
               1 cup berry blast naked juice

               1/2 cup assorted frozen berries (I used blueberries
               and strawberries)

              A handful of spinich

               2 tbsp water


Blend together in a vitamix or a blender until smooth. (you may have to add additional water to make it less chunky if you prefer.)








IT'S SO GOOD AND HEALTHY 2!
I usually drink this for breakfast because chia seeds contain protein, and then I add an additional protein/carb. This way you can get down the protein in chia seeds while getting a good serving of fruits and a few vegetables. Enjoy!
